The target is 48 hours. Missing documents stretch that. We write back to the contact person on the form.

Clinic name, city, techniques offered, package range, surgeon title and a contact lead. If the price is not fixed, write a band. It can be updated later.

Yes. After go-live you can request a price and package update. The “last updated” date on the profile refreshes. Do not quote against an old band.

If your city still has a sample card, your real profile is published separately and does not carry the sample badge. Samples drop as clinics join.

The comparison table sorts by rating, price or experience using the visitor’s filter. There is no paid boost. The nine review criteria are the same for every profile.

When a patient submits the contact form, we forward it to you. Phone or WhatsApp goes to the lead on your form. We expect a reply within 24 hours.

The badge is added after registration details, method list and contact are checked. Fake ratings or fake graft capacity drop the badge.

Turkish, English, German, Arabic. Sending copy in all four is the cleanest result. Missing languages get a translation skeleton you can correct later.

No commission is charged for listing or publishing. The patient-clinic agreement is between you. The platform only matches and displays.
