How soon do quotes arrive?
We aim to return quotes from 3 clinics within 24 hours of the form. In busy season you may also get a same-day SMS or WhatsApp confirmation.
Why 3 clinics?
A single quote does not let you compare price and package. Three is enough to line up per-graft fee and inclusions without creating spam.
Is the form paid or binding?
It is free and there is no commitment. If you dislike a quote, you do not have to reply. There is no consultant pressure.
Which fields are required?
Name, phone or WhatsApp, and city. Graft estimate and notes are optional. If you do not know the graft count, leave it blank. We do a photo pre-evaluation.
Do I have to send photos?
Not required, but it speeds matching. Front, crown and donor should be clear. Photos are shared only with matched clinics.
Who receives my details?
Only the 3 clinics matched to you. They are not sold onto a marketing list. Details are in the privacy notice. A deletion request via this form is handled within 30 days.
Which cities can I get quotes for?
Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya. Write your city on the form. Matching follows that. If you want another city, add it in the notes.
Can I name a specific clinic?
Yes. The quote button on a profile carries the clinic name, or write it in notes. If it fits, that clinic is included in the set of 3.
Will you also write on WhatsApp?
You can enter a WhatsApp number in the phone field. Clinics often reply there. If you prefer email only, write that in the notes.
Will I get spam?
The aim is 3 clinics, not a list blast. If unexpected messages arrive, report them on this form and we cut the share.
